Except as otherwise specifically provided in connection with individual
Rates named in NSA US1804GSA all shipments moving on the Rates named
in NSA US1804GSA FROM/TO/THRU the Ports and Points named below are SBJ
to the HAZARDOUS CARGO SURCHARGE (HAZF) named below, which charge shall
be in addition to all other other applicable charges.
  
Except as otherwise provided in NSA US1804GSA, all non-charge terms and
provisions name in Rule 16 of the Tariff(s) of General Applicability
apply to any Shipment containing Hazardous Cargo as defined in such Rule.
      
Except as otherwise provided in NSA US1804GSA, all shipments of Hazardous
cargo as defined in Rule 16 of the Tariff of General Applicability,
when accepted and transported by Carrier, will be SBJ to the Hazardous
Cargo Surcharge named below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.
