the Minimum Charge (M/C) for a single shipment moving on a single Bill
of Lading EXCLUSIVE of all additional Assessorial Charges,
Arbitraries and/or Surcharges named in this Tariff Rate Section
will be:
     
a. On W/M, W OR M Rated Shipments the M/C will be: the applicable
    charge for a single freight ton of cargo, EAN
    
    EXCEPTIONS:
    i. On Shipments FROM Johannesburg, South Africa
        the M/C will be ZAR 350.00
   
   
b. On FCL PC Rated Shipments the M/C will be : the applicable charge
     for a single container unit.
     
   
c. On Lumpsum or Each Rated Shipments the M/C will be : The stated LS or
     EA Rate amount.
