When the gross weight of cargo and container exceeds the limit that can
be safely transported on a regular over-the-road chassis and as a result
special Tri-Axle Chassis Equipment is required to move container over
land, the Carrier will provide such Tri-Axle Chassis Equipment and
assess the Tri-Axle Chassis Usage Charge (TRIX) named on the Web Rate
Page (TLI) making reference to this Rule, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
