Carrier will provide the Terminal Services described in Rule 2.1 of the
Governing Rules Tariff on shipments moving in "Door," "House," "Ocean
Port," "Container Freight Station," "Rail Yard/Ramp," "Terminal" or
"Container Yard" Service.  Any services beyond those described in Rule
2.1 will be provided when specifically described in the SubRule(s)
shown below SBJ to any applicable additional Charges named in such
Subrule.  Additional charges for the Terminal Services NOT referenced in
this Rule or in the SubRule(s) named below will be advanced by the
Carrier when Carrier arranges to have such additional Terminal Services
performed for Shipper's or Consignee's account by other parties who are
NOT participants to this Tariff.
