shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff Rate Section TO/THRU
any United States POD Port, are SBJ to the TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGE
(THC) provided below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
   
ON FCL Shipments ONLY:
  a. FROM/THRU: CONT Origin POL Ports
    
           US$ 420.00 PC20
           US$ 500.00 PC40X or larger
    
  b. FROM/THRU: POL Ports in Italy & France on the Mediterranean Sea
    
           US$ 500.00 PC20
           US$ 600.00 PC40X or larger
