Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Section TO/THRU
any United States POD Ports FROM/THRU the ports named below are SBJ to
the LOW SULPHUR FUEL SURCHARGE (LSFS) named below, which charge shall
be in addition to all other other applicable charges.
