Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), the Minimum Charge for a single shipment moving on a single Bill of Lading EXCLUSIVE of all additional Assessorial Charges, Arbitraries and/or Surcharges named in this Tariff Rate Seciton will be the applicable charge for a single freight ton of cargo.
