Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), Carrier
will collect the TERMINAL/PLACEMENT FEES (PCMT) named below on all
Shipments moving on any Rate named in this Tariff Rate Section, to
recoup Fees imposed by Underlying Carriers whenever a Container is
removed or collected from the Terminals named herein, which charge shall
be in addition to all other applicable charges.
