Except as otherwise provided on individual web rate pages (TLIs),
shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff Rate Section will be
SBJ to the CONTAINER LIFT CHARGE named below when Carrier is requested or
required to arrange the lifting and placing of a Container onto a Chassis
or the lifting and removal of a Container from a Chassis, which charge
shall be in addition to all other charges.
