EXCEPTION to Rule 2.1:
    
Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
FCL shipments, moving From or Thru the POL Ports in the Countries named
below, for which Carrier is requested or required to provide Container
Loading/Stuffing Services at Carrier's nominated origin CFS Terminal,
will be SBJ to the CONTAINER LOADING/STUFFING CHARGES named below, which
charge shall be in additional to all other applicable charges.  Origin
Container Loading/Stuffing Charges INCLUDES receipt of cargo at Carrier's
nominated origin CFS Terminal; loading of cargo into/onto ocean
Containers (including furnishing and installing all blocking, bracing
or staking necessary to secure cargo in container for safe
transportation).
      
a. On Shipments TO/THRU United States Ports:
     
 1. FROM the Carrier's designated Container Freight Stations in
     Countries named below, the applicable STUFF on FCL Shipments will be:
