Except at otherwise provided on individual web rate pages (TLIs),
when an individual piece, package or other shipping unit is tendered
to Carrier for transportation in a Carrier loaded container ("S"
Service - See Rule 2.1) and Shipper prohibits, requests or advises
Carrier NOT to stack other cargo on top of his cargo within the
Container (i.e. no additional cargo can be stowed on top of Shipper's
cargo within the Container), OR, when due to the nature of the cargo
or its packaging, no cargo can be stowed on top of such cargo within a
Carrier loaded Container, Carrier will assess the additional XDBL
(No Stacking Allowed) charge named below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.  When calculating the XDBL
charge named below, Carrier will use the maximum inside height
dimension of the container as the height of the cargo.
    
On shipments for which No Stacking of Cargo is requested or
prohibited the XDBL charge shall be:
