FCL Shipments moving via an underlying VOCC will be SBJ to
the Chassis Usage Charge listed below when such VOCC
provides a Chassis to move containers from/to Container
Yards, Rail Ramps or Wharfs in the United States.  Chassis
Usage Charges will NOT apply when Shipper provides Chassis.
    
  CHASSIS USAGE CHARGE will be -
       $ 60.00 per chassis provided (See NOTE)
    
  NOTE: Not Applicable on shipments FROM/THRU Ports on the
          Mediterrean Sea VIA Norasia.
