Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
LCL, or all FCL shipments, which Carrier moved on any rate named in
this Tariff Rate Section indicating "S" service at Destination (See Rule
2.1), will be SBJ to the CFS STATION "WINDOW" ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE
(WDOW) named in paragraphs a.1 or b. below, which charge shall be in
additional to all other applicable charges; OR
  
Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
LCL shipments which Carrier moved on any rate named in this Tariff Rate
Section indicating "D" Service at Destination (See Rule 2.1), will be
SBJ to the "WINDOW" ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE (WDOW) named in paragraph
a.2. below, which charge shall be in additional to all other applicable
charges.
   
a.1. On LCL, AQ or LS rated shipments delivered to Consignee at any
     Carrier nominated CFS Warehouse or Terminal in the United States
     which moved to the CFS on a Tariff Rate indicating destination "S"
     service (See Rule 2.1), the applicable WDOW will be as follows:

  2. On LCL, AQ or LS rated shipments delivered to Consignee at
     Consignee's premises in the United States which moved to the
     Consignee's Door on a Tariff Rate indicating destination "D"
     service (See Rule 2.1), the applicable WDOW will be as follows:

b. On FCL rated shipments delivered to Consignee at any Carrier
    nominated CFS Warehouse or Terminal in the United States which moved
    to the CFS on a Tariff Rate indicating destination "S" service (See
    Rule 2.1), the applicable WDOW will be as follows:
