Except as otherwise provided on individual Rate Web Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Section BETWEEN
United States Ports, on the one hand, AND, on the other the ports named
below are SBJ to the LOW SULPHUR FUEL SURCHARGE (LSFS) named below,
which charge shall be in addition to all other other applicable charges.
a. On Shipments TO/THRU the Ports in Canada and the United States named
below:
