Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs) all
shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff Rate Section,
entering or exiting the Port Terminals of OAKLAND, CA, via surface
roads, are now SBJ to the Oakland Extended Gate Fee assessed by the
Port Terminal Operator(s) in Oakland, CA.  As Carrier is responsbile for
the payment of such fee, Carrier will advance the fee and forward for
payment such amount from the Party responsible for the payment of
Freight and Charges, without mark-up.  However, except as otherwise
provided on an individual Web Rate Page, Carrier will assess the
OAKLAND TERMINAL GATE HANDLING FEE (TMFO) named below for paying and
forwarding the Oakland Extended Gate Fee, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
    
Carrier will assess the OAKLAND TERMINAL GATE HANDLING FEE (TMFO)
 as follows:
   
  a. On LCL, AQ or Break Bulk Shipments entering or exiting Port
      Terminals in Oakland, CA Carrier will assess a TMFO Charge of:
    
          NONE Currently in Effect
  
  
  b. On FCL Shipments entering or exiting Port Terminals in Oakland,
      CA Carrier will assess a TMFO Charge of:
    
          USD 10.00 per Container
