Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Section TO/THRU
United States Ports FROM/THRU the Ports and Points in Singapore are SBJ
to the ORIGIN TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGE (OTHC) named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other other applicable charges.
      
a. On Shipments TO/THRU Ports in the UNITED STATES:
    
 1. FROM/THRU Ports and Points in Singapore the OTHC applicable on LCL
     shipments will be:
