Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all shipments moving
on the Rates named in this Tariff Section TO/THRU United States Ports
FROM/THRU the ports named below are SBJ to the LOW SULPHUR FUEL SURCHARGE
(LSFS) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
other applicable charges.
a. EXPIRES with 14 May 2015: On Shipments moving TO/THRU United States
East Coast, Gulf Coast, and West Coast Ports, FROM/THRU the Ports
named below, the LSFS applicable on FCL shipments will be:
