Shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff
are SUBJECT to the BUNKER ADJUSTMENT FACTOR
named below, which Charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable Charges:

     UNITED STATES PORTS (See Paragraph 3. below for
     individual Carrier Exceptions)

2. On LCL, AQ, or LS rated Shipments moving TO/THRU
     UNITED STATES PORTS (See Paragraph 3. below for

         i. TO/THRU USAG Destination Ports
                US$ 42.00 per w/m, as freighted
    
       ii. TO/THRU USWC Destination Ports
