Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
FCL shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff Rate Section
applying TO/THRU any POD Port in the United States will be SBJ to the
VALUE ADDED SURCHARGE (VAS) provided below to cover the handling of
Carrier's payment of any Value Added Tax, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges:
      
a. On Shipments TO/THRU any POD United States Port:
