Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Section TO/THRU
United States Ports FROM/THRU the Ports and Points in the PHILIPPINES
are SBJ to the ORIGIN TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGE (OTHC) named below,
which charge shall be in addition to all other other applicable charges.
      
a. On Shipments TO/THRU Ports in the UNITED STATES:
    
{A} EFFFECTIVE 20 February 2016
