on the Rates named in this Tariff Section TO/THRU United States Ports
FROM/THRU the ports named below are SBJ to the LOW SULPHUR FUEL SURCHARGE
(LSFS) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
other applicable charges.
    
a. On Shipments TO/THRU Ports in Canada and the United States named
    below:
   
 1. FROM Ports and Points in NORWAY (Via any POL in Norway or any POL
