Except as otherwise specified in individual TLIs (rate
items), the Carrier Security Charge named below will be
assessed on all shipments moving from and to the Ports
and Points named herein, which charge shall be in addition
to all other applicable charges.
     
The Carrier Security Charges named herein will be assessed
to cover ONLY Carrier and underlying VOCC assessed Security
Charges related to the cost of complying with the
International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS).
In addition to the Carrier Security Charge named below, all
origin and/or destination terminal security charges
assessed directly by Ports, Port Operators and/or Port
Authorities will be passed thru for payment to Shipper,
Consignee or party designated in the Shipping documentation
as responsible for the payment of freight and charges.

   TO: Ports and Points in the United States WILL BE SBJ
