United States Ports To the Ports are SBJ to the TERMINAL
HANDLING CHARGE (THC) provided below, which charge shall be
in addition to all other applicable charges.

  a. FROM/THRU: CONT Origin Ports

           US$ 500.00 PC40X or largeronger
    
  b. FROM/THRU: Ports in Italy & France on the
                  Mediterranean Sea
