Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all shipments moving
on the rates named in this Tariff Rate Section, transported through the
ports of Long Beach, or Los Angeles, CA when transported by rail
through, or to, points in the Southern California counties of:
Kern, San Bernadino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los
Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Diego or Imperial, will be SBJ to the
ALAMEDA CORRIDOR SURCHARGE (ACS) named below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
       
a. ALAMEDA CORRIDOR SURCHARGE:
         
     ACS has been included in all Ocean Freight Rates unless
     otherwise noted on a specific Web Rate Page.  If specific reference
     is made to this rule, any shipments moving on the Rates on such Web
     Rate Page will be SBJ to the ACS named in paragraph b. below.
          
b. When specific reference is made hereto FCL Shipments transported TO
    & THRU the Ports of Long Beach or Los Angeles which move by rail
    through or to points in the California Counties named above, the
    applicable ACS will be - See EXCEPTIONS in Paragraph c. below:
