FCL Shipments will be SBJ to the CHASSIS USAGE CHARGE (CUC) named below
when Carrier is required to obtain the use of a Chassis to transport
containers from/to Container Yards, Rail Ramps, Wharfs or
Shipper's/Consignee's Premises.  Chassis Usage Charges will NOT apply
when Shipper or Consignee provides Chassis or when Carrier is supplied
a Chassis free of charge.
    
  a. On FCL Shipments for which Carrier rent a Chassis the applicable
      CUC will be:
