a. DOOR RATES FROM A NAMED ORIGIN POINT:
   Except as otherwise provided on an individual Rate Web Page (TLI),
    rates and charges named on a Rate Web Page named in this Tariff
    Rate Section as applying for Origin Door Service from a Shipper's
    Premises at a specific point, which moves via the POL of Dublin,
    Ireland, will be SBJ to the Inland Collection/Pickup Charges
    named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
    applicable rates and charges.
   
b. CONTAINER YARD, CONTAINER FREIGHT STATION RATES:
   Rates and charges named on the Rate Web Pages (TLIs) named in this
   Tariff Rate Section as applying for Origin Container Yard or Container
   Freight Station Service, which moves via the POL of Dublin, Ireland
   will also apply as proportional rates from Shipper's premises at
   points in the Republic of Ireland, SBJ to the additional inland
   collection/pickup charges named herein, which charge shall be in
   addition to all other applicable rates and charges.
    
c. B/L APPLICATION:
   The Origin PickUp/Collection Charges named below apply ONLY when
   Carrier provides Door Service as defined in Rule 2.1 from Shipper's
   nominated origin point from which cargo is to be collected, as
   evidenced by Carrier's B/L.
   
d. Origin Pickup/Collection Charges applying on LCL Shipments collected
    from Shipper's nominated premises in the Republic of Ireland which
    move through the Port of Dublin, will be assessed as follows:
