Except as otherwise provided On individual Rate Web Pages (TLIs), Carrier
will assess the CARGO HANDLING FEE (HNDL) named below to cover Carrier's
costs incurred when physically handling Cargo at Carrier's CFS, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.  
     
a. On LCL (or Consolidated, Carrier Loaded FCL) shipments TO/THRU any
    Port or Point in the United States, the applicable HNDL will be as
    follows:
