Except as otherwise provided in individual TLI (Rate
Items), all shipments moving to Destination Container
Freight Stations (CFS) in the United States will be SBJ to
the Container Freight Station Fule Surcharge (CFS-F) named
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
    
a. LCL Shipments TO Carrier's Designated Container Freight
     Stations in the United States
   will be SBJ to a CFS Fuel Surcharge of:
   
{A}  EFFECTIVE 21 December 2005
       US$ 2.00 per cbm or 800 lbs., whichever produces
                  the greater revenue (SBJ to a Minimum
                  Charge of US$ 10.00 per B/L)
