Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving FROM/THRU any port named in Rule 1.3 TO or THRU the
United States PODs named below are SBJ to the WHARFAGE CHARGE AT U.S.
PORTS (WFGU) specified below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other other applicable charges.
      
a. NO WFGU shall apply on LCL shipments which enter through a U.S.
   Port.
      
   
b. FCL shipments moving via the Carriers named below, offloaded at
    the PODs specified will be SBJ to a WFGU of:
