When the gross weight of cargo and container exceeds a weight that
requires the use of a special Tri-Axle Chassis Equipment to safely and/or
legally transport the container on land, Carrier will provide such
Tri-Axle Chassis Equipment and assess the Tri-Axle Chassis Usage Charge
(TRIX) named on the Web Rate Page (TLI) making reference hereto, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
