Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), when
an FCL shipment, moving on the rates named in this Tariff, in COL or
underlying VOCC Containers, whether Carrier loaded or Shipper loaded,
to which a security seal is to be affixed to the loaded Container,
whether requested by Shipper, Consignee or required by any authorized
party, such FCL shipment will be SBJ to the CONTAINER SECURITY SEAL
CHARGE (SEAL) named in the Web Rate Page (TLI) making reference hereto,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
