this Tariff apply on cargo transported FROM Carrier's
Terminal, Rail Carrier's TOFC/COFC Ramp or Shipper's
Premises at Point of Origin TO Carrier's Terminal,
Rail Carrier's TOFC/COFC Ramp, or Consignee's Premises at
Port or Point of Destination, VIA Local Direct Ocean or
Through Service, or Joint Water/Air, Water/Motor,
Water/Rail or Water/Rail/Motor Service, as specified
herein, SBJ to the terms, provisions and limitations in the
Sub-Rules of this Rule.
