moving on the Rates named in this Tariff from Ports and 
Points in Denmark via Ports in Germany to all Ports 
and Points in the United States will be SBJ to the 
Provisions of Rule 2.8, Sections (a), (b), and (c),  
AND to the DOCUMENTATION FEE provided below, which Fee
shall be in addition to all other applicable Charges: 
             
1: On LCL, LS, or AQ Rated Shipments -
       THRU: BREMEN, GERMANY

           DKK 350.00 per Bill of Lading
           
2. On FCL Rated Shipments - (See Paragraph 2. below
