all LCL or FCL shipments moving in Carrier's consolidated ocean
Containers shall be SBJ to the CONTAINER DRAYAGE CHARGES (DRAY) specified
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
     
a. LCL Shipments moving in Ocean Containers FROM Carrier's nominated
   CFS Locations named herein TO Port Container Yards at any POL Port
   In CAMBODIA will be SBJ to a DRAY Charge of:
