Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving FROM/THRU any port in CAMBODIA TO or THRU the United
States POLs named in Rule 1.1 are SBJ to the ORIGIN TERMINAL HANDLING
CHARGES (OTHC) specified below, which charge shall be in addition to
all other other applicable charges.
   
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments TO/THRU United States POL Ports,
    FROM/THRU any Port in CAMBODIA, the OTHC applicable on LCL
    shipments will be:
   
    EFFECTIVE 4 November 2015
