Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
LCL shipments for which Carrier provides CFS Service (See Rule 2.1),
which move on any rate named in this Tariff Section indicating an "S"
service at Origin will be SBJ to the CFS RECEIVING SERVICE CHARGES
(CFSC) named below, which charge shall be in additional to all other
applicable charges.
      
a. On Shipments TO/THRU United States Ports:
     
 1. FROM the Carrier's designated Container Freight Stations in
     CAMBODIA named below, the applicable CFSC on LCL Shipments will be:
