Except when otherwise specifically provided in individual
TLIs (Rate Items) or assessorial charges of this Tariff
the rates and charges herein do NOT include mechanical
refrigeration, heater space or insulated container service
prior to, during or after through transportation service.
Rates specifically including such protective services will
be subject to the provisions of Rule 2.7 (Prior Booking)
and will apply ONLY when Carrier is able to obtain and
provide proper and sufficient equipment to transport
shipment as required.
