Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Rate Section
applying TO/THRU a POD in the United States FROM or THRU Ports or
Points in Australia (including cargo which will remain on Board
a transporting Vessel which calls at any Australian Port before it is
discharged at POD beyond Australia) will be SBJ to the CUSTOM MANIFEST
REPORT CHARGE (CMR) (aka Cargo Management Reengineering Fee) named
below to cover compliance with Australia's Customs Service
requirements, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
     
a. On LCL, AQ or LS shipments TO/THRU PODs in the United States
   FROM, THRU or FROB, any Port in Australia the applicable CMR will
   be as follows:

NOTE 1: Charge applies to a maximum of 5 lines per filing, SBJ to an
