Except as otherwise provided on an individual Web Rate Page (TLI), the
BUNKER SURCHARGE (BAF) named below will be assessed on all shipments
moving on the rates TO/THRU POD Ports in the United States FROM/THRU
POL Ports in AUSTRALIA, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges:
   
a. BUNKER SURCHARGES APPLYING ON LCL, AQ or LS RATED SHIPMENTS moving
    TO or THRU any United States POD Port:
                    
   FROM/THRU Ports and Points named in Rules 1.3 and 1.4:
    
         NONE Currently In Effect
    
   
b. BUNKER SURCHARGES APPLYING ON FCL RATED SHIPMENTS moving TO or
    THRU any United States POD Port (See Paragraph c. below for
    individual Carrier Exceptions)
                    
   FROM/THRU Ports and Points named in Rules 1.3 and 1.4:
    
         NONE Currently In Effect
    
              
c. BUNKER SURCHARGES APPLYING ON FCL RATED SHIPMENTS moving TO or THRU
    any United States POD Port, via the specific underlying VOCC named
    below:
             
  1. On FCL shipments moving FROM or THRU any POL Port named in Rule
      1.3 when moving via HAMBURG SUD (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i)
      the applicable BAF will be:
