Except when Rates are published to apply on shipments moving in/on the
Specialized Equipment named below, FCL rates applicable on shipments
moving in standard Container Equipment which are named on individual
Web Rate Pages (TLIs) named in this Tariff Rate Section will also apply
on shipments moving in/on the Specialized Equipment named below SBJ to
the following Special Equipment Surcharge:
     
SHIPMENTS MOVING IN OR ON: Flat Bed, Flat Rack, Atmospheric Controlled,
  Drop Frame, Garment-On-Hanger, Insulated or Refrigerated, Open Top,
  Tank, Top Loader or Vehicle Rack Equipment will be SBJ to a SPECIAL
  EQUIPMENT SURCHARGE (SPEC) of:
   
 1. Unless specific rates are published to apply on the Equipment named
    above, Shipments moving in/on the Special Equipment listed herein
    will be SBJ to SPEC below when moving via HAMBURG SUD (SBJ
    to Rule 2.4.i.), which charge shall be in addition to all other
    applicable charges.
