Except as otherwise specified on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving TO/THRU United States POD Ports FROM/THRU any POL Port
in AUSTRALIA that traverses the Panama Canal between POL and POD, will
be SBJ to the PANAMA CANAL SURCHARGE (PCS) named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
    
a. Panama Canal Transit Surcharge applying on LCL, AQ or LS rated
    shipments moving TO/THRU any United States POD Port FROM/THRU POLs
    named in Rule 1.3 which traverse the Panama Canal will be SBJ to a
    PCS of:
    
         NONE Currently In Effect
    
    
b. Panama Canal Transit Surcharge applying on FCL rated shipments
    moving TO/THRU any United States POD Port FROM/THRU POLs named in
    Rule 1.3 which traverse the Panama Canal will be SBJ to a PCS of (See
    Paragraph c. below for individual Carrier Exceptions)

c. Panama Canal Transit Surcharge applying on FCL rated shipments
    moving TO/THRU any United States POD Port FROM/THRU POLs named in
    Rule in Rule 1.3 which traverse the Panama Canal when moving via the
    underlying VOCC specified below, will be SBJ to a PCS of:
             
  1. On FCL shipments moving TO/THRU any POD Port in the United States
      when moving FROM/THRU the Ports named below via HAMBURG SUD
      (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i) the applicable PCS will be:
