Except as otherwise provided in individual Tariff Rules,
Algorithms or TLIs, Rates, Charges, Rules, Provisions,
Surcharges and Assessorials named in this Tariff are stated 
in U.S. Currency and apply per weight unit, per measurement
unit, per container or lumpsum per shipment as specified
on cargo transported FROM Carrier's Terminal, Rail
Carrier's TOFC/COFC Ramp or Shipper's Premises at Port or
Point of Origin TO Carrier's Terminal, Rail Carrier's
TOFC/COFC Ramp, or Consignee's Premises at Port or Point of
Destination, VIA Local Direct Ocean or Through Service, or
Joint Water/Air, Water/Motor, Water/Rail or
Water/Rail/Motor Service, as specified, SBJ to the terms,
provisions and limitations in the Sub-Rules to Rule 2
herein.
