Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all shipments moving
on the Rates named in this Tariff Section TO/THRU United States Ports
FROM/THRU the ports named below are SBJ to the LOW SULPHUR FUEL SURCHARGE
(LSFS) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
other applicable charges.
a. On Shipments TO/THRU the Ports in Canada and the United States named
below:
1. FROM Ports & Points in BULGARIA (VIA European POLs on the Black or
Mediterranean Sea) the applicable LCL LSFS will be:
