Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving FROM/THRU any port in TAIWAN (ROC) TO or THRU the
United States PODs named in Rule 1.1 are SBJ to the ORIGIN TERMINAL
HANDLING CHARGES (OTHC) specified below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other other applicable charges.
   
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments TO/THRU United States POD Ports, FROM/THRU
    any POL Port in TAIWAN (ROC), the OTHC applicable will be:
