BILL OF LADING SECURITY CHARGE (BLS): Carrier will assess the BLS
documentation fee named below on all B/Ls covering LCL shipments moving
on the Rates, Charges and Rates named in this Tariff, for obtaining,
handling, processing and/or disposing of B/Ls in compliance with all
security requirements of underlying VOCCs, Co-Loading NVOCCs,
Customs or other Governmental Agencies, Shippers or Consignees,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
       
  On LCL Shipments TO/THRU Ports in the United States the BLS will be:
       
{A}  EFFECTIVE 3 December 2015
        US$ 30.00 per B/L
