When specific reference is made to this Rule, the rates and
charges named in the Rate Item referencing this Rule will
also apply on shipments originating at the outports named
below, when moving via Taiwan Origin Ports, SBJ to the
additional charges named in the Outport Rate Table below,
which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable rates and charges.
