shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff Rate Section
FROM/THRU the United States Ports named below TO & THRU the Ports or
Points in Australia or New Zealand named in this Tariff Rate Section
are SBJ to the GENERAL RATE INCREASE (GRI) as provided below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
