shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Rate Section
FROM/THRU any United States Port TO/THRU the ports and Points specified
below are SBJ to the LOW SULPHUR FUEL SURCHARGE (LSFS) named below,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
    
a. FROM All Carrier nominated CFS locations in the United States (Origin
         "S" Service - See Rule 2.1):
