Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff Rate Section
FROM/THRU United States or Canada Ports TO & THRU the Ports and Points
in Australia or New Zealand named in this Tariff Rate Section when
moving via the underlying Vessel Operator named herein are SBJ to the
GENERAL RATE INCREASE (GRI) as provided below, which charge shall be
in addition to all other applicable charges.
     
a. On shipments moving via NYK LINE (Nippon Yusen Kaisha), SBJ to Rule
    2.4.i., FROM/THRU United States East Coast, Gulf Coast or West
    Coast Ports, OR Ports in Canada:
