Except as otherwise specified on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), the
Ship & Port Security Charges (ISPS, CSF, TSF) named below will be
assessed on all shipments moving from or thru Ports and Points in the
United States, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
            
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments Carrier will assess an International
    Ship and Port Security Charge of (ISPS):
   
 1. TO/THRU Ports and Points in AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, PAPUA, NEW
     GUINEA And the ISLANDS IN THE PACIFIC OCEAN NAMED IN RULES 1.3
     & 1.4 (VIA any POD) the applicable LCL ISPS will be:

  1.    NO General FCL ISPS Charge in Effect
         
  2. EXCEPTIONS:
   
    A. HAPAG LLOYD:
       On Shipments moving via Hapag Lloyd (see Rule 2.4.i.) the ISPS
        will be as follows when moving From or Thru the U.S. ports
        named below:
  
{IA}    EFFECTIVE 4 March 2017
      i. On Shipments from Charleston, SC the ISPS will be:
          USD7.00.00 PC
  
{IA}    EFFECTIVE 4 March 2017
     ii. On Shipments from LAX Origin Ports the ISPS will be:
          USD7.00.00 PC
  
{IA}    EFFECTIVE 4 March 2017
    iii. On Shipments from Philadelphia, PA the ISPS will be:
          USD5.00.00 PC
   
  
    B. On Shipments moving via U.S. LINES (see Rule 2.4.i.) the ISPS
        will be as follows when moving From or Thru the U.S. ports
        named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The ISPS will be: $12.00 PC
     
            
c. FCL Rated Shipments will be SBJ to the following Carrier Security
    Fee (CSF):
     
  1. HAMBURG SUD:
     On Shipments moving via HAMBURG SUD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: $12.00 PC
     
  2. HAPAG LLOYD:
     On Shipments moving via HAPAG LLOYD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: $13.00 PC
     
  3. On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (see Rule
      2.4.i.) the Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when
      moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: $11.00 PC
    
    
d. On FCL Rated Shipments the Terminal Security Charge (TSF) will be:
     
 1. COSCO:
    On Shipments moving via COSCO (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Terminal
      Security Fee (TSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the ports named in Rule 1.3:
  
        The TSF will be: $7.00 PC
    
 2. HAPAG LLOYD:
    On Shipments moving via HAPAG LLOYD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Terminal
      Security Fee (TSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the ports named in Rule 1.3:

 3. On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (see Rule
      2.4.i.) the Terminal Security Fee (TSF) will be as follows
